AIK’s job is to ensure that the buildings in our community are safe and aesthetically pleasing for those who will live or work in them. We are part of this community and want to ensure that people in the community thrive. Part of this thriving depends on how our buildings are designed. Just as we are making sure that our new apartments: Rose Corner and Tulip Gardens, have pleasant amenities around them, including a green lawn and trees, so we want to be sure that all facets of the design are suitable for people who will want to live and work in our community.
